4. All monthly renters MUST use his own bath.
5. Monthly renters MUST carry garbage to the dumpster.
6. Laundry facilities are only for the use of our overnight guests, weekly and monthly residents.
7. Fires are permitted in grills only.
8. Repair of vehicles are not permitted.
OWNERS & MANAGERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY FALLING TREE LIMBS.
